Samsung has announced its new flagship of smartphone in South Korea. The Samsung Galaxy Pop was announced by Samsung for South Korea. The smartphone sports a 1.4 GHz and has features almost the same as that in the Samsung Galaxy Premier.


The Samsung Galaxy Pop can be viewed as a downgraded version of the Samsung Galaxy Premier. The Galaxy Premier features a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor with a 4.65 inch HD Super AMOLED display, 3G connectivity, an option of 8 or 16 GB memory, 8 MP rear camera, 2 MP front camera, all for ₩ 7,00000. Samsung might release this flagship in the U.S. too but nothing's confirmed yet.

Much awaited MWC 2013 is just a month away and the images of Samsung's upcoming device Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 have already started surfacing in. Phonearena has published images revealing the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 on its website. Rumors related to the dropping of the 7 inch version of Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 have also surfaced in. Samsung has apparently dropped the idea of manufacturing 7 inch devices. This is being seen as a shift from phone + tablet devices to purely tablet devices. The Galaxy Tab devices will now purely be tablets. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 will now come in 2 variants 8 inch and 10.1 inch.

Though it isn't clear that which version of the Tab iii has been shown in these pics, but the pics surely confirm the device to be Galaxy Tab 3. The modeled number can also be seen written on the wrap but is not readable. The Tab 3 model number will have a 'GT' prefix.

This year's CES 2013 saw some of the magnificent products from most of the tech giants, but CES 2013 didn't turn up big for Samsung fans as Samsung didn't release some of the most awaited devices, but worked upon enhancing its older versions, for what reasons - the question that still remains unanswered. Introducing a new chip in its once popular galaxy s2 and naming it to S2 plus for some reason was the only modification made in the older version. But we still dont understand what makes the Korean giant upgrade only a single component in its galaxy s2 line and then launch it in the market, when everyone's eyeing on the much hyped Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Tab 3.


Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus was launched in Taiwan on Jan 28, 2013. The device has started landing on the store shelves and the price of this upgraded device has been revealed. People in Taiwan will have to pay 13,900 NTD to own a Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus. This amount is equivalent to approx 470 US $ or 350 Euros.


The only difference we see between the Galaxy S2 and the Galaxy Sii plus is the replacement of Samsung Exynos chip with a Broadcom solution. So, its better to go for something better that you can surely get at the same price.

Rumors related to the launch of Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 have already surfaced and now the pictures of Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 have leaked online on the internet. Some experts believe that this could be a publicity stunt by Samsung to hype the release of its much awaited Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 that features an 8.0 inch screen,

Rumors have it that Samsung will be launching the next version of Samsung Galaxy Note featuring an 8 inch screen during the MWC 2013 in Barcelona that is scheduled to be held at the end of february. It is being said that the Samsung president has himself stated that Samsung would launch the Galaxy Note during the end of Febraury.

This launch is being viewed as a step towards making Samsung Galaxy Note a full-fledged tablet. Earlier versions of the Galaxy Note were tablet/smartphone hybrid. This version of the Samsung Galaxy Note with 8 inch screen will make Note - a complete tablet.
