Samsung Galaxy SIV to be coming up with wireless charging : rumors
Based on a recently published patent on charging using induction or resonating system, Samsung Galaxy S4 might be coming up with a wireless charging facility. The concept of charging through induction or resonating systems provides power to the devices without using messy charging cable.
Before finding its application in Samsung Galaxy S4, the wireless charging capability has already been displayed in Nokia Lumia 920, HP Pre 3 smartphone and HP TouchPad Tablet which were charged by being placed on a mat and power transmission via a transmitter.
This current produced by the transmitter is received by a receiver that is already fixed in the smartphone. The patent of this technology was published by Samsung in December last year after being applied in July 2012.
Samsung Galaxy S4 ,if rumors are true, will bring new possibilities in the arena of smartphones and the fight is sure to grow bigger with smartphone giants fighting to conquer the number one spot.
