Rumors have it that the latest news about the release of Samsung Galaxy S 4 is that the device will be unveiled on 14th March 2013 during a grand event in New York. These reports related to release of Samsung Galaxy Siv during the mid march come from Mobile Review's Eldar Murtazin.
