The Samsung Galaxy S4 Active has been spotted and the pics posted on GSM Arena confirm that its going to be the ruggedized variant of the Samsung Galaxy S4. The Samsung Galaxy S4 active will be dust and water resistant and will come with almost similar specs as the galaxy s4 itself.

The phone will sport a 1.9 GHz processor coupled with Adreno 320 GPU. The screen-size and resolution remains the same while the rear camera has been downgraded to 8 MP from 13 MP. Another deviation from the samsung galaxy s4 design are the 3 buttons that come in the Samsung Galaxy Active just below the touchscreen.
Nothing is official yet, but the release is being expected soon.
