Samsung Galaxy Note 3 rumored to be coming with 3 GB RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - the successor of Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is yet to appear on the shelves, but rumors related to its specs have already started surfacing in. After a rumor that speculated the release date of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to be in September, here's another one being claimed by a Korean publication - Rumors have it that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will feature 3 GB of RAM.
The first version of Samsung Galaxy Note had 1 GB RAM and was quite successful while the second one had 2 GB of RAM. Continuing the legacy, the third might run on 3 GB of RAM. Other leaks have revealed that the device may also come with either Snapdragon 800 chipset or an Exynos 5 Octa.
Apart from the rumors related to smartphone, leaks have also unveiled the news that Samsung is preparing 4GB of RAM to incorporate it in their future devices. Other features include a 13MP camera and a 6 inch Full HD AMOLED Display. Sammobile has reported that the smartphone will be 8mm thick and will weigh 183 gms.
