Samsung Galaxy Beam I8530 Review
The samsung galaxy beam I8530 is the newer version of Samsung Galaxy Beam I8520. But the smartphone brings in newer technology and is expected to be released during July 2012.
The smart thing about this phone is its potent mobile beam projector, with the capability of working in two different modes - ambience mode and the visual presenter.
Although the cost of the phone may be high as compared to all the features present in the smartphone, but the smartphone is really one of its kind and is the first potent beam projector phone from Samsung. Its earlier version Samsung beam i8520 was also a projector phone. But this phone promises to bring in better quality and a lot better features as compared to its predecessor.
Earlier, Spice had also introduced a projector phone but it didn't gain as much popularity as this samsung galaxy beam GT I8530 is getting,even when it has not been released.

DESIGN
The phone has dimensions of 123.9X64.2X12.6 mm which makes it a bit bulgy than it should have been, but still I think they had to do this because of the projector. Still the phone is sleek compared to some other phones of the same price range.
CONFIGURATION
The phone comes with an internal memory of 8 GB that's more than enough. But still if you feel that the memory is less, you have an option to insert a memory card in the memory card slot and expand it upto 32 GB. The processor has a speed of 786 MHz thats Ok, not too good, not too bad.
OS and APPS
I am not happy with the OS they are providing, an android 2.3 based OS thats old enough. If you want to own this phone with an upgraded OS all that you can do is wait and be patient until samsung releases an update for its samsung galaxy beam I8530.
The presenter app proves quite helpful if you are in a small confernece and using your phone as a projector.
BATTERY
The battery does exceptionally well in reference to the talk time it gives whether be it a 2G or a 3G network.
The battery gives an ample amount of Back-up.
Hence, overall the phone is good for people who are quite fond of entertainment as well as for small business meetings. If you want to own a phone with projector go for it.
