LG working on LG Optimus G2 to compete with Samsung Galaxy S4 : Rumors

Rumor has it that Korean giant (apart from Samsung) is developing Samsung Galaxy S4 and Samsung Galaxy S4 competitor to strengthen its hold in the smartphone market. Currently, Samsung is leading the cellphone market and LG is at spot number 2 after Samsung. Although, Samsung is way ahead than LG in terms of market share still LG is leaving no stone unturned. LG's new LG Optimus G2 is the successor to the LG Optimus G which was launched recently.

Both the Korean giants are bringing in new technology and innovation in the smartphone technology to occupy the number one spot in this field. Samsung's Galaxy S4 is also being launched somewhere around April next year and LG will be launching its Optimus G2 before the launch of Galaxy S4 to ensure better market coverage and escaping being overshadowed by Samsung's new addition to its galaxy s flagship.

It is being expected that LG Optimus G2 features will include the latest technology which includes a 2 GB RAM, a quad core processor. This time rumors also reveal that the LG Optimus G2 will be more of a note like device rather than that similar to Samsung Galaxy S3 or Samsung Galaxy S4.

A 12 MP is another feature that is being predicted to come along with a 2 MP front camera. As usual, the Optimus G2 will come in 32 GB and 64 GB versions. But, these are only predictions, nothing is still confirmed and nothing has been said by LG Officials. However, seeing Samsung switching over to Windows 8 RT OS, LG might introduce the Windows 8 RT OS in its Optimus G2 version. But, still these are all obscure features, we will be able to say anything once the LG officials confirm these features.
