Galaxy Nexus ban lifted for the time being.
The U.S. district court judge Lucy Koh had put a ban on sales of Samsung galaxy nexus in U.S. in the last week of June. Prior to this the district court had put a ban on the sales of Galaxy Tab 10.1.
Samsung had appealed to the court for lifting the ban from its galaxy nexus sales in the U.S. But the court had rejected Samsung's request. This ban was a result of the allegation by apple on samsung, that Samsung had infringed upon its patents.

Apple is currently suing Samsung for its patent infringement in over 25 mobile handsets of Samsung. But, Samsung says that it hasn't violated any of the patents.
But, today Samsung got some relief after a federal appeals court lifted the ban on Samsung Galaxy Nexus. But, the ban might be reimposed because still Apple has to submit an argument stating the reason for the ban on the Galaxy Nexus. This argument has to submitted by Thursday.
