Samsung vows to fight against ban on sales of Galaxy Nexus in U.S.
Samsung, the South-Korea based giant took a vow on Saturday to take all available steps to remove the ban on the samsung galaxy nexus sales in the U.S., that the District Judge of U.S. Lucy Koh had put on the samsung galaxy nexus smartphone. The ban was put on the samsung nexus galaxy sales in the U.S. after a petition was filed by Apple Inc. stating that samsung had violated its patent copyright rules.
Before this ban Samsung had to face ban on the sales of Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the U.S. which was also a result of the petition filed by Apple.
Samsung, world's largest mobile phone manufacturer stated that - The decision is really disappointing as it will limit the choices of the consumers in the smartphone market and they will take all legal and all available action to start the sales of samsung galaxy nexus s in the U.S. market. Samsung is working closely with google to resolve the matter.
