Samsung Galaxy Tab ban in U.S. remains - Samsung's appeal rejected.

Samsung had to face a tough time when its galaxy tab was banned in the U.S. after a decision of the U.S. district court.
Apple had alleged that Samsung had violated the norms by copying its patent and reproducing it in its Galaxy tab that was related to its design. After this Apple again appealed against another patent infringement by Samsung which led to the ban of Samsung Galaxy Nexus in the U.S. recently.
Samsung had then vowed that it wont sit quiet and would appeal against this decision. But, even after this appeal, Samsung's trouble was not lessened. A U.S. judge rejected Samsung's request to lift the ban on its tabs.
Its clear from this patent-war that Samsung and Apple,world's largest consumer electronics giants are trying all means to leave the other behind and rule the smartphone market.
